Online Collaboration Tool
Our online learning software empowers anyone to quickly and easily create
online classroom sessions and presentations. The user of this software maybe a
subject matter expert, teacher, trainer, or an instructional or corporate
trainer who wishes to do teaching and training roles for a group of
students/audience.

interaction for both the teacher and student.

Duplex Audio Reception
The moderator/presenter can have a classroom environment wherein the
participants are all logged into a single chat room; they have access to text
based chat, whiteboard for viewing presentations and full duplex audio
reception module.

Whiteboard
Users can draw and insert images, text, formulas, and web pages. Users can also set up multiple white boards allowing the presenter and
participants to work on simultaneous multiple tasks.

Two way Broadcast
The presenter of the chat room can do an audio broadcast to the entire room in
such a way that all the participants are able to hear the presenter at the same
time. The participants can also ask questions in a two way broadcast.

One on one audio chat
Apart from the one way broadcast to the entire chat room, the
moderator/presenter has the provision to have one on one private voice chat
with any user

Text messaging
This application comes with a text messenger service using which users of the
chat room can have text chat. The white board is a synchronous one, which
updates the whiteboards on all users' windows in the event of any change in the
whiteboard content.

Raise Hand Feature
The participants have the provision to interrupt the presenter at any point of
time by clicking a button named "Raise Hand"; this action of the participant
indicates to the presenter that participant X has a question to ask.

Moderator controls
The presenter can stop his broadcast and allow the participant to start
broadcasting to the whole chat room; thereby the whole chat room is able to
hear what the participant has to say. As soon as the participant has finished
communicating, the broadcast of the participant is stopped and the control is
passed back to the presenter and then the presenter starts broadcasting to the
entire chat room.
The presenter also has the option to ignore the participant's query and
continue broadcasting to the entire chat room.
The presenter has the full control over the complete chat room. He can set the
permissions for each user online and can even remove a particular user from the
chat room. The whiteboard usage and private chat feature can be extended to the
participants if the moderator thinks it to be appropriate, else no user can use
the whiteboard or have text chat with other users.

Private Chat
If the moderator permits private chat among the participants, then each
participant can engage in one on one private text chat and audio conversation.

School Scheduler for a client in Japan
A complete database drive website was developed for the scheduling and
management of classes, teachers and students. The various pieces of information
are fed into the website and are stored in a mySQL Database. Using the
information submitted, a scheduler is created, which shows the school's
schedule for a particular day which includes details of various classes on that
day, details of teachers scheduled for teaching the classes, details of
students in the class, indication of holiday/teachers on leave/ classes
cancelled etc.The scheduler has been developed in PHP and the backend database
used is mySQL.
