Tizer™ Rootkit Razor
Tizer™ Rootkit Razor is a free powerful tool that will allow users to remove hidden rootkits from their computer. Rootkits are a relatively new form of malware that hide from computer users and even the system management utility. They modify processes on the users system and open a secret backdoor. Attackers use them to secretly alter files, change processes, distribute spam, and use data mining tools to steal personal login information and passwords. Tizer™ TDL3 Razor
Tizer™ TDL3 Razor is a tool specific for detection and safe removal of the TDL3 rootkit. This rootkit (also known as TDSS, Tidserv, and Alureon) is currently one of the most difficult rootkits to detect and remove. The malware writers behind this advanced rootkit have constantly updated the dopper and the rootkit itself to keep hidden from malware detection tools. The TDL3 rootkit sets up a botnet, which is used for illegal and criminal activities. Researchers at Tizer Secure™ have devised methodologies to obtain access to the infected driver, detect, and safely remove the TDL3 rootkit on Windows XP machines with Intel processors and hard disks that use atapi.sys or iaStor.sys drivers. To Tizer Secure’s™ knowledge, TDL3 Razor is the only tool that can detect and remove on both of these drivers. Tizer™ Conficker Razor
The Tizer™ Conficker Razor tool successfully removes all variants of the the Conficker worm and other Conficker-type malware. This method of detection and removal is far more reliable than the outdated technology of using malware signatures in a database to uncover the threat.
