Neural Spike
counting application for a client in Boston
This project involved measuring the quality of a neural network for a medical
research project at Harvard University, by performing measurements on the data
source generated using Discovery software generated from Wave Technology. The
data source generated a UFF file that contained the various records depicting
the properties and signal values generated by a neural network during a
particular experiment. The challenge was to develop a robust algorithm that
would go through the large UFF files so generated within a specified time and
generate the required outputs which had to be exported to Excel. This
application was successfully developed in C++.
Client feedback: Very professional. Very
responsive to requested changes.
Client technical support feedback: I received the
file and it works! It is the final version of the program. I am very very
grateful for your help. I did not imagine that you would have saved the program
after all this time. Many thanks.

IE toolbar
This project was executed for a client in California. The client had an already
existing IE toolbar to which they wanted to add additional functionalities. The
application was required to make the toolbar always visible on IE even if it
was disabled by the user. The complete application was re-developed and the
required functionalities added in record time. The application was developed in
VC++.
Client feedback: Very Professional, understanding
and cooperative. They have far exceeded our expectations. My high marks for
them.

Exchange Server
Contact information
This project on Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 for a client in
California involved collecting the email address and names of contacts from the
contact folder and the To address of the Sent Mails. This was done using direct
access to Exchange directory structure in Exchange server 2000. The application
runs once a day collects all the contact details and updates them on a UNIX
server database. It was developed in VB 6.0 using Ldap access.
Client feedback: I had great results working with
X-Wire and would use them in the future.

Mail Account
Creator
This project for a client in New Jersey involved creating an application to
automatically open and register new email accounts on free email sites. The
application works in undetectable mode using different proxy servers and on
average it is capable of registering 200 accounts per hour on a high speed
internet connection.
Client feedback: 2 Thumbs Up! This is a very
professional company to work with. Communication was top notch which is very
important in my opinion. The quality of work was superior to anyone I''ve
worked with to date. Every request and additional request I made as was handled
and handled promptly. You get what you pay for with X-Wire! I would highly
recommend them and plan to be doing more business with these guys in the

Provokator
Enhancement
This project for a London based client involved enhancements and completion of
a music based application. Amber studio had a complete musical application to
which they wanted to add some new features and upgrade the older ones. It was
developed in VB 6.0.
Client feedback: I was worried that my project was
going to cause difficulties as I had outsourced coders before and was using old
source code for this update... I had no need to be worried at all!!. There
promptness, expertise and availability (I’m sure they work 24/7!!) to iron out
any problems is second to none. I WILL be using them again and they WILL
deliver the goods and with that they come highly recommended. X-Wire Technology
are at the TOP of my list... Thanks Guys!

Firewall
penetrating VNC application
This application was developed for a client in Panama. The popular software VNC
is used to access and share files and to work remotely on your computer. VNC
lacks the ability to access computers that are behind firewalls. The VNC in its
current form does not allow connection to computers that are behind firewalls,
because the firewalls block all outgoing connections. Also if a client is
behind firewall then the VNC applet cannot connect to the outside world. Our
application is a plugin to VNC and it makes the VNC server to send an outbound
request on an http server. Since most firewalls allow outbound http connection,
the VNC is able to pass through firewalls with the help of our plugin
application.
Technologies: VB6.0, VC++, Servlet, Java
Tested on: win98/2000/XP
Client feedback: The support i get is the best
24/7 very flexible people, I am very satisfied with the final out come of this
project. I recommend this company anytime very professional and they care about
what they are doing.

Outlook
Express Spam Filter
This project was developed for a client in California. Technically this was a
very challenging project as Outlook Express does not have any published API
unlike MS Outlook. Therefore considerable reverse engineering and code breaking
had to be done to achieve the required objectives which involved creating
toolbar, adding folders and moving messages from one folder to the other in
Outlook Express. The application supports Outlook Express version 5+. It was
developed in VC++ using MFC and Win32 API.
Technologies: MFC, win32 API
Tested On: Win98/2000
Client feedback: X-Wire Technology did a great job
on my project. They started when they said they would and even finished nearly
exactly when they estimated. I did not have much time to spend with them
defining the project or research the numerous difficult technical issues. The
engineer on the project did a wonderful job of researching and recommending
solutions. He kept me informed on a nearly daily basis of his progress and
provided me a list of issues that needed my feedback well in advance so
progress was not interrupted. I had what seemed to be 24 hour a day access to
all three of my contacts at X-Wire. The developer was always available to
communicate with about functionality and issues. This really helped in
completing the project. And even the person responsible for business issues
seemed to reply in a mater of minutes. The only way my experience could have
been better with X-Wire is if I had more time to spend working with them. They
were a pleasure to deal with and very polite. I highly recommend there services
and it is hard to beat their price.

OCR from
data sheet
The application was developed for a New York based legal consulting firm. The
client had masses of paper based information from which they wanted to create a
mailing list database to be stored on their server. Our approach involved
scanning the hard copy datasheets using a OCR scanner with Red Iris software
and creating an application to parse the required fields from the scanned
output files and inputting the parsed data in Excel sheets or in a html
document to create a mailing list with the requisite fields.
Technologies: VB, OCR API
Tested On: Win 98, 2000, XP

VBA macro
programming for a client in USA.
Programming of macros in Microsoft Word documents using Microsoft VBA.
When the user opens a formatted word template, various types of forms are
presented to the user for ease of submitting the data and after the data is
submitted the word document is presented to the user along with the data input
by the user.
The validation of data entered by the user is carried out in a more efficient
way by using this application.
e.g. If the word document for has a 50 page lease document which needs the user
to enter a few entries before being printed, in such cases using the VBA
programming the user is allowed to make entries in the form and the data
entered in the form is placed at the desired position on the Word document.
Client feedback: I needed a huge lease with a lot
of complex formulas to be automated in one simple form. Himan and the gang did
a top-notch job, and were able to meet the deadline and didn’t go over budget.
I have already used them on other projects. These guys know their stuff, and I
highly recommend them!

Online Word document
Modifier
This web based application is used for modifying a local Microsoft Word
document on the basis of details sent over the web. The ASP pages take the
various inputs from the details entered by the user on the website and modify
the Word document accordingly.
The ASP module contains the parser for loading the Word file, replacing the
required contents and saving it back to the local server.
Client feedback: They did a great job
understanding the project scope and delivering exactly what we needed.
